Live in an Award-Winning Community
Penn National and its amenities have been nationally recognized.
- Rated one of America’s Top 50 Master-Planned Communities by Where to Retire magazine for over 15 years.
- “Best Golf Courses” and “Best Hiking Trails” by Ideal-Living magazine
- The Founders Course and Iron Forge, 18-hole championship golf courses, are consistently rated 4+ star courses by Golf Digest’s Places to Play.
Meet the Neighbors
Although Penn National is not an age-restricted community, more than 80% of all residents are over 55. Penn National residents come from all over the country. Most have moved to Penn National from the Washington D.C. area and states in the northeast, like New York, Pennsylvania, Maryland, and Connecticut. Others have “re-retired” from Florida and the Carolinas to be closer to their families and lifelong friends.
