Beets with Balsamic Vinegar & Herbs

¼ cup red onions diced thinly

1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives

2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

DEVELOPER'S CORNER

What a week in Real Estate!  Everyone will be happy to know that inventory is starting to move, bring us your listings.  Diane Boock wrote two contracts last week one on a resale home and one on the Homestead model.  Ted Zimmerman wrote two contracts in one day on Thursday. Kirk Wishard wrote a contract on an 11th Court property as well. That was a lot of great momentum going into a big Real Estate Event weekend.

On Saturday we hosted 21 prospective new residents at a "Get To Know Us" sales event. Real Estate clients visited for the day from Maryland, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Connecticut, New Jersey, and New York. Over a continental breakfast, developer Patti Nitterhouse, gave a well-received community presentation.  Then we all boarded a school bus and toured the neighborhoods. Resident Ambassadors joined the group at lunch to meet and answer questions.  A fresh spring-time meal was served in the Trellis Terrace, and the staff at the Altland House did an outstanding job taking care of us all.

All of the folks who came to the event are well qualified and excited to learn the possibilities of life at Penn National.  Several of the couples who attended will be calling Penn National home in the near future!

On a separte note, we have several couples interested in rentals in Penn National but none available!  If you have a property you would be interested in renting out this summer contact the White Rock Real Estate office at 352-3046.
