Parade of Homes showcases Penn National's Values

On Saturday, April 6th, we hosted a Parade of Homes through the Penn National Golf Course Community.

Diane Boock hosted 13 people interested in making Penn National their future residence, while Patti Nitterhouse hosted 6 couples who own homesites in Penn National who are ready to build.  Penn National Approved Builders Rodney Armstrong, Bryan Hey, and Don Wenger were on hand to help welcome everyone at a continental breakfast, followed by a developer presentation given by Patti Nitterhouse.

A trolley ride through Penn National showcased four homes under construction with two in Penn National’s newest neighborhood, The Homestead Cottages.  Following the trolley tour, guests dined with resident ambassadors in the Founders Grille.

The afternoon was filled with private real estate tours and builders appointments for the homesite owners.  The energy of the day was capped off when Diane sold a Farmstead Villa to a Penn National resident as an investment property, which just goes to show there is strong value here and still a few deals to be had before the market dictates prices upward.

Our next event will be a Tax Seminar on Saturday, May 18th co-hosted by Lynn Rotz, CPA.  The focus of these events are to showcase the benefits of living at the Penn National Community, and in Franklin County, where active adults can Live Well and Stay Close to their family and friends.
