New Healthy Eating Adventure starts on March 7th

Penn National continues its involvement with the movement to promote a healthy plant-based diet.  The 28-day program starts with a lecture followed by weekly 'potluck' dinners where you can meet other people and share recipes. Many Penn National residents have participated in events last year with amazing results in weight loss, lower cholesterol, and sugar scores in their blood tests before and after the program.
