Our newest Community, the Homestead Cottages, is open and construction began on our 1st home on August 22. We're going to follow the construction progress as we go from start to move-in. Along the way, you will see the progress and how the construction process happens.

It's now the 2nd full week of construction and the foundation has been dug and the footers poured. Tomorrow the 1st floor slab will be poured. The 1st couple of weeks seem like not much is happening--it's always like that. Then the framing starts and things get very exciting--wait you'll see... Stay tuned!
