You may be a few years away from actually retiring but wish that you could take advantage of what is still a Buyer's Market. If you have visited a few of the typical 55+ communities developed by big national companies, you are probably correct. Let's face it, nobody wants two homes and mortgages but it sure would be nice to lock down the homesite you want without being forced into a too-short timeframe to build. email-header

Dennis Zimmerman

Dennis has been President of White Rock, Inc. ("WRI"), developer of the Penn National Community, since 2000 and joined WRI in 1992. Prior to joining WRI, Dennis was an executive at the Marriott Corporation specializing in hotel development and project finance, and later became a partner in Urgo & Butts, a consulting, development, and hotel management company based in Washington, DC.

Dennis lives in the Penn National community with his wife, Patti Nitterhouse, and their two dogs Wiley & Mia. He is an avid golfer, and loves to walk the dogs in the nearby Michaux State Forest and the Caledonia State Park. Dennis and Patti have two children, Ted and Honor. Ted is a 2010 graduate of Davidson College and Honor is a 2013 graduate of Penn State.

Dennis is a graduate of the Harvard Graduate School of Business with a MBA degree.
