Sales Pace at Record High for July

Fayetteville, PA - Penn National golf course community announces record sales for July. Increase in  both inquiries and sales activity are credited to the publicity received from Where to Retire's top 50 master planned community award list. The inspired living, natural beauty and accessibility of Penn National make it an easy choice for buyers from nearby metropolitan areas.

As the economy continues to improve the effects are being felt across Franklin County and Penn National is no exception.    “We have had many properties settle just this week alone,” said Patti Nitterhouse, Vice President of White Rock, Inc. the developers of Penn National Golf Course Community, “people are ready to realize their dreams of relocation, a safe investment, or a second home.  The deals created by the soft market of 2009 are still there for the taking and savvy buyers are snapping them up.”

A strong rebound in the Real Estate market is evident by the numbers.  White Rock, Inc. reported settlements year-to-date are up 109% over the same time frame for 2012. That coupled with expanded housing starts makes 2013 a true turning point.  A robust Real Estate market equals a stronger local community, as new residents hire builders, furnish their new homes, and frequent local stores and markets.  Penn National’s success can be felt across the valley.
