Join us for our next CTA certification class being held with an in-person option and web-based option to set you on the road to becoming a most valuable asset to employers, visitors and the community!
Sign-up for a class at www.ctanetwork.com and search for Pennsylvania then choose Franklin County to register. Seats are limited!!
9am – 1pm: In-person at the Franklin County 11/30 Visitors Center
2pm – 5:30pm: Web-based certification
Franklin County Certified Tourism Ambassadors unite individuals and front line workers to community members and visitors to Franklin County, PA. CTA is an industry recognized certification that builds pride in Franklin County and elevates the individual through gaining strong workforce development skills, opportunity for collaboration with area organizations through volunteer efforts and event planning, exploration and education about our vast history and develops important relationships through networking opportunities. CTAs are diverse in age and backgrounds; they help connect the fibers of our community as strong representatives of Franklin County which allows CTAs to stay in-the-know, stay involved and showcase Franklin County as a desirable and memorable tourism destination!
**In the instance of inclement weather or future spikes in COVID-19, the in-person class will also shift to web-based if necessary.
