We have steadily growing since 1968, but currently there are about
1,000 families in Penn National. Since we are locally owned and
family operated, we develop property according to market needs.

Washington, DC, and Baltimore, MD. Second home and investment

fees charged for residents of Penn National. All amenities have
been created and maintained at the developers expense. The
street are paid for by the developer, but are maintained by the
township. The golf courses operate on a semi-private basis. Courses
are open to the public, but memberships are limited to residents
only. This allows residents to fully enjoy the beauty of the surroundings
without subsidizing the costs to maintain them. The Penn National
Homeowners Association (PNHA) is a social organization and the
annual fees are approximately $25.
- Does the community have protective covenants?
Yes, since our inception in 1968, Penn National has protective
covenants to maintain the integrity of the community. There are
no age restrictions
people of all ages and phases in their
life live at Penn National. Your four-legged pet is also welcome
(leash laws do apply). Protective covenants vary by neighborhood.

Yes, Guilford Township provides public water and public sewer
